The Hit The Mark Dress is actually everything! It has a round neckline, full length balloon sleeves with a gathered cuff and a cut out back that's secured by a button closure. It also has an elasticated waist, belt loops and a string belt with gold stoppers. We love wearing ours with a faux leather jacket and booties.
